Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all returns.

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items on sale or clearance

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@ayurvedamantra.com.
